Virtual Four Week Workshop Tuesday evenings November 7 - 28, 2023 from 6:30-9:00 PM (PST). $200 per couple Materials needed: Gottman Card Deck App. Optional materials: Gottman Bringing Baby Home Digital Materials. https://www.gottman.com/product/bringing-baby-home/ Designed for expecting couples and new parents (0-3 years), the Bringing Baby Home program gives couples the tools to successfully transition into parenthood, but also creates a foundation of shared closeness and awareness essential for a fulfilling and strong partnership. The BBH program teaches couples how to: Increase friendship in their relationship. Share feelings, needs, life dreams, and goals. Deal effectively with conflict and to find solutions. Work together in the care of their child and to be aligned in their parenting choices. Recognize and understand the psychological, developmental and emotional needs of their child. Improve the quality of parent-infant interaction. Embrace the newborn stage and beyond. This course will include lecture, reading, videos, couple exercises, and individual and group sharing.
